- How do I know when it is charged fully? If you follow manufacturer's directions, it should be fully charged.
- Where do I dispose of the battery? Call 1-800-8-battery for a list of disposal locations.
- What is the life of the battery? It varies based on usage. If used according to the directions, a battery will typically last seven or more years.

- When did the warranty begin? Your warranty began on the day you purchased your Rotadent® or Rotadent® Plus.
- How long is the warranty on the Rotadent® and Rotadent® Plus? All Rotadent® purchases made prior to 2004 have a 1 year warranty. Purchases made in 2004 and after are covered under warranty for as long as you own your unit.
- Why are shipping costs not covered under the warranty? The shipping costs include shipping, handling, and processing fee.

- Which brush head is best for me? This depends on tooth condition, ex. implants, braces, etc. Your dental office can provide you with a recommendation on this.
- What is the difference between the long and short pointed brush heads? The short brush is ideally suited for braces, and the long brush is intended for implants or spaces between the teeth.
