- Date of purchase (twelve months or less) shipping and handling charges of $6.50 U.S. apply. Please Click Here to obtain a RMA number. No returns will be processed without a RMA number.
- Date of purchase (more than twelve months) shipping and handling charges of $16.95 apply. Please Click Here to obtain a RMA number. No returns will be processed without a RMA number.
- Rotadents purchased prior to 2004 had a one (1) year warranty.
- Warranty does not cover lost, stolen or misused product.
